Sondra Bistline M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Sondra J. Bistline, MS, CCC-SLP received her MS in Clinical Speech-Language Pathology and Assistive Technology certification from Northern Arizona University. Sondra also has a BAS in Early Childhood Development and a BS in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education. Sondra is the oldest of 13 children, a spouse, and the mother of 5. She understands the complex web of life that nurturing other human beings weaves. Life is never perfect and rarely do schedules run smoothly. When cognitive, social, feeding or other communication problems are a part of that web, life becomes more difficult.
Parents of children with these challenges make many sacrifices out of necessity – sacrifices of time, fun, sleep, their heart’s fondest dreams for their child’s future..... that is why she became a Speech-Language Pathologist. Sondra loves working with people of all ages and has a special passion for working with those who have severe developmental disabilities. As a mother, wife and SLP, Sondra knows that no single approach is the right one for every individual. Sondra has trained in a range of modalities to best help children and adults with expressive communication, receptive communication, language, feeding, social, and cognitive processing. Sondra enjoys cooking with her family, gardening, tending to her chickens, listening to music, podcasts and audiobooks, and learning new skills.
